Virtual or In-Person
Dr. Marcy offers both virtual and in-person sessions. Virtual sessions start with a Discovery Session over zoom and then proceed to an Initial Consultation. During the consulation, additional sessions are booked as necessary. Dr. Marcy is authorized to practice in a wide variety of states in addtion to Colorado via telehealth. In-person sessions are provided in Broomfield Colorado near the Flatirons Crossing Mall.

What services do you offer?
We offer diagnostic assessments, clinical case consultations, and parent coaching. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family.

What is the process for getting started?
To get started, you can schedule a courtesy 20 minute Discovery Session over zoom. If we find a fit for your needs and Dr. Marcy’s services, we schedule an initial consultation where we will discuss your concerns and determine the best course of action for you or your child.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, most consultations are offered virtually over zoom. Dr. Willard is licensed in several states in addition to Colorado. Contact us to inquire about the state where you live.
Do you take insurance?
If you are seeking traditional therapy for yourself or your child, Dr. Marcy is now able to offer services through insurance in partnership with Headway, Sondermind, and Rula. Currently, Dr. Marcy accepts most of the following insurance plans in Colorado: Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Carelon Health.
